Absence Manager v12.08 new features
More visibility for Approvers
Approvers have two new views available to them, Show Me \ Requests by group and Show Me \ Requests by user. These two additional views are currently available in the Lotus Notes interface only and allow Approvers to view requests for users who have may have changed groups but who's requests they still need to view.
Function for users rejoining the organization
When users leave your organization Absence Manager has a function to archive their user record and requests for future reference.
Should a user subsequently rejoin your organization you can now reinstate them as an Absence Manager user bu selecting them in the Show Me \ Leavers view then clicking the "User has rejoined the organization"
Mobile Web Interface.
Absence Manager now has a mobile interface for users accessing Absence Manager using iPhone / Blackberry and other Smart-phone devices.
NOTE - The mobile interface requires the mobile device to have Javascript enabled.
